Welcome to JigsawMake!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jigsawmake.com (the "Service"), operated by JigsawMake ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

JigsawMake provides free online puzzle generators — including jigsaw, crossword, word search, sudoku, bingo, maze, cryptogram, and word scramble tools — that let you create, customize, download, print, and share puzzles. Core generation and download features are free. An optional paid membership ("Premium") unlocks additional benefits described in Section 5.

2. Accounts

Some features (saving designs, daily check-in, Premium) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

3. Your Content and Generated Puzzles

Puzzle files you generate are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. You retain ownership of images and text you upload; you grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to operate the Service (e.g. saving designs, rendering shared puzzles). You must have the rights to any content you upload, and you may not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. Publicly shared puzzles may be reviewed and removed at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service itself — code, design, and functionality — remains our property. You may not resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or copy the Service.

5. Premium Membership, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

Premium plans: Monthly ($11.99 per month), Yearly ($49.99 per year), and Lifetime ($129.99 one-time). Prices are in USD and may change for new purchases; active subscriptions keep their price.

AUTO-RENEWAL: Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period and your PayPal account is charged the plan price, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Dashboard (Billing section) or via your PayPal account; cancellation stops future charges and Premium remains active until the end of the already-paid period. Lifetime is a one-time payment and does not renew.

Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your card or bank details. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy (jigsawmake.com/refund-policy). If a payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the associated Premium benefits end immediately.

6. Free Features

All puzzle generators remain free to use. We may show advertising to free users and may apply fair-use limits to costly features (such as AI word generation). Premium removes ads and lifts these limits as described on the Pricing page.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Sections 3, 4, 7, and 9 survive termination.

9. Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by applicable law of our place of business. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
