Refund Policy for JigsawMake

This policy applies to all JigsawMake Premium purchases made on jigsawmake.com via PayPal.

1. Cancelling Is Always Free and Instant

You can cancel a Monthly or Yearly subscription at any time from your Dashboard (Billing section) or from your PayPal account. Cancelling stops all future charges, and your Premium benefits stay active until the end of the period you already paid for. No refund is needed to stop paying — cancellation alone does that.

2. Refund Requests

Because Premium benefits are delivered immediately after payment, payments are generally non-refundable. That said, we review every refund request individually and in good faith — if something went wrong (for example an accidental renewal reported promptly, a duplicate charge, or a technical problem on our side that prevented you from using Premium), contact us and we will work out a fair outcome.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or open a request via the Contact page, and include the PayPal transaction ID. Approved refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment method, usually within 5 business days. When a refund is issued, Premium benefits end immediately.

4. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your place of residence (including cooling-off rights in some jurisdictions, where applicable). Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.

5. Abuse

We may decline discretionary refunds in cases of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or bulk generation followed by refund requests.
