How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your Dashboard, go to the Billing section, and click Cancel. Your Premium benefits stay active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. You can also cancel from your PayPal account settings.

Is there a refund policy?

Refund requests are reviewed case by case — contact us and we will do our best to find a fair outcome, especially for accidental renewals reported promptly. Cancelling is always instant and free from your Dashboard. See our Refund Policy page for details.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, including cards processed through PayPal checkout where available. Payments are handled entirely by PayPal — we never receive or store your card or bank details.

Do the free puzzle makers stay free?
