What happens to my share links if I cancel?

Your links stay active until the end of the period you paid for, plus 30 more days. After that they follow the free rule and expire 30 days after they were created. Links that have already expired are not brought back when you renew, so renew before the grace period ends if you rely on them.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your Dashboard, go to the Billing section, and click Cancel. Your Premium benefits stay active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. If you subscribed through PayPal, you can also cancel from your PayPal account settings.

Is there a refund policy?

Refund requests are reviewed case by case — contact us and we will do our best to find a fair outcome, especially for accidental renewals reported promptly. Cancelling is always instant and free from your Dashboard. See our Refund Policy page for details.
